A question that comes up often on the list is about our contracts.
On the site that is linked below (not an affiliate link), you can purchase a boilerplate web designer contract, and then present it to YOUR attorney for review and approval BEFORE you use it in your business.
I have some other resources for contracts, and I am sure that you know how to google for yourself on this subject. ALWAYS have your contract reviewed by YOUR attorney. If you are just starting out, you need to understand that you DO need an attorney to review things, or you may not be around for long. It takes money to make money. I am sure that you can find one in your city/town to review it and change it according to your business rules, for a flat fee. I can name three lawyers in my own small “city” of Norwich who do this flat fee. It is well worth it to do this for your business, and your family.
